As part of our service, we create design and source files ("Projects") on behalf of our clients. Clients will own the final copyright of all completed Projects. In the event of any operation of law which might default ownership to FideSpark, we irrevocably assign all rights of the Projects to the client, perpetually and without limitation.

Clients confirm that all materials provided to us during the project's conception are owned by the client or they have permission to use them, and do not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights.

4. Third-Party Fonts

If any Project incorporates fonts or graphics that are not owned by FideSpark and require a commercial license, we will inform the Client accordingly. The Client will be responsible for purchasing the necessary licenses to legally use the fonts or graphics.

5. User Representations
